Contagious Reads

Ok so when I first started reading this I thought man this reminds me of Twilight. Just some scenes and feelings in the very begining. I almost stopped reading it because as much as I love Twilight I just didn't want to read and am not ready for a Twilight re-do. I am seriously glad I stuck with it. This book really hits its stride mid way through. I was totally hooked. I'm glad the vampires don't sparkle. I'm glad they have the ability of being ruthless. I miss those qualties in my YA vampires. Kudos to Ms. Hocking for another great start to another great series.
